The report will include the reasons for the damage and contain a schedule of recommended repairs, including the costs; this will be sent to your insurer on your behalf. We then negotiate and agree the reinstatement work with the insurer or their representative, once authorised we will project manage the works, using our qualified vetted tradesmen to return your property back to its pre-loss condition.
